To promote balanced representation by state, we are introducing a new structure consisting of 16 regions, grouped into Western and Eastern divisions:

 

🟦 Western Division

• 0 BOGs - Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY)
• 1 BOG - Southwest (UT, AZ, NM, CO, CA, NV)
• 0 BOG - Upper Midwest (IL, IA, MN, WI, NE, SD, ND)
• 1 BOG - Central Midwest (OK, KS, MO, AR)
• 2 BOGs - Texas (TX)

🟨 Eastern Division

• 5 BOGs - North Central (IN, MI, OH)
• 2 BOGs - Mid-South (KY, TN)
• 1 BOG - Gulf (LA, MS)
• 3 BOGs - Alabama (AL)
• 3 BOGs - New England (CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME)
• 6 BOGs - New York (NY)
• 4 BOGs - Mid-Atlantic (PA, NJ, DE)
• 4 BOGs - Washington DC Area (VA, WV, MD)
• 2 BOGs - Carolina (SC, NC)
• 6 BOGs - Georgia (GA)
• 2 BOGs - Florida (FL)

This adjustment will help us better align representation across all states, while keeping the total number of BOG members at 44, in accordance with our bylaws (1 BOG per 20 primary lifetime members, rounded to the nearest whole number).
