Subject: Completion of BOG Nomination Process and Initial Meeting Announcement

Dear CLPSS Members,

We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Trustees (BOT) has completed the nomination and election process for the Board of Governors (BOG) across all CLPSS regions.

Out of 36 total seats, 31 have been successfully filled through nominations and elections. Five seats remain vacant across three regions: Pacific, New England, and Great Lakes. Below is a summary of the results by region:

Action Required for Post-Election Nominees
All individuals nominated after the election closed must submit a formal request by August 20, 2025 to attend the initial BOG meeting (trusteesclpss@gmail.com). Approval of these individuals will take place during the meeting by a vote of their respective regional BOGs.

Initial BOG Meeting Information

• Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025

• Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Location: Chicago, IL

This is a milestone meeting to help relaunch and strengthen our Samaj. Attendance is mandatory for all elected BOGs and BOT members.

Please note, this is a closed-door meeting; guests will not be permitted.
